I'm not sure if this would be a viable idea for the uploader but instead of users having to download 100+ GB any time there is a new build you can use jigdo files to distribute very large images like this. A jigdo file keeps track of the files that make up an image and grabs any differences between versions to update it.
So, if a user has version 1 and you release version 2, which has 2GB of changes, the user downloads a jigdo file, scans the version 1 iso on their local machine and then the version 1 iso is updated with the 2GB changes that are pulled instead of having to download 100+ GB.
Decided to download it and play about. Is there anyway I can switch the language to english?
