did, you fully uninsatlled the previous version with iobit uninstaller??????
coz that once happened to me to, and that was because of that.

I used Revo Uninstaller and fresh install v4.5.3 but didn't work, I hat to make a system restore and install on top of your previous version and it worked and it's functional now.
