same, the file is in use... but in fact it is not

You can apply the Medicines in safe mode, I did, it worked, but the app then hangs at "initializing" so I don't know. Windows 11 here.

Apply Medicines in two folders. One do in program files, second in appdata:
1. c:\Program Files (x86)\AVCLabs\AVCLabs Video Enhancer AI\resources\com.avclabs.video.enhancer\native\
2. c:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\AVCLabs Video Enhancer AI\com.avclabs.video.enhancer\native\

Early versions not connecting to serwers, not iinitializing anymore.
If You have working 2.x do not upgrade!
