Autorun Angel is a powerful cloud autorun manager and security analyzer that will help protect your computer from spyware and other malicious software by allowing you to analyze and control Windows startup sections. Autorun Angel allows you to control software, drivers and various components that are launched automatically. Traditional antivirus works via a blacklist approach, identifying known bad files and responding accordingly. Autorun Angel - the reverse of that approach, whitelisting, identifies all known good items, and in turn assists you in identifying potential malware.
One thing to note is: Autorun Angel does not actually remove files nor does it specifically identify pieces of malware, it simply notes what items may be suspect and alerts you to them for further analysis. A Great first step in the overall protection process of your machine. Also, you can quickly find all information about unknown files. Simply right-click on the the file you want and instantly get all the information.
