Locked Any Win 10 lite or LTSC with tablet mode components not removed?

Hello, I've been searching through the releases to find the ideal version but I can't find what I'm looking for, any suggestions on something similar will be much appreciated.
My priority is a Win 10 version that is light to extend battery life and to have tablet mode working (on-screen keyboard and display autorotation enabled). Something similar to the Windows 10 LTSC Beached PE which I'm using right now as an example, but with the components for a 2 in 1 laptop.
