If you find it, great go ahead and use it, just in case if you don't....then I personally find Adobe Acrobat Pro DC equally good in exporting PDF to Spreadsheets in MS Office Excel format.
This is readily available on this forum. Not too sure if you ever tried it.

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro but it has no function to create table content before export. but pdf2xl creates a table and exports it to Excel very accurately. adobe and other converters merge one or two cells in to one cell .

I found one working version 6.5.7.2 thru google search. But since sharing of outside links is against the forum rules, I won't paste anything here. You can search yourself.
Note that most of the links displayed in google search take u to fake websites.
