Hello, we would like to request the photo application updated version

Our copy has become corrupt and will not reinstall. It's not from being infected with malware or virus as we checked the application prior to and after install / reinstall several times. System Restore hasn't helped either. We figured it's on our end with our video driver we just updated. Rolled back and it still crashes. Anyway, the most current version here is from this link:
which works fine, but obviously v14.0 is preferred if possible. Thank you kindly for the assistance.
