Nope still trying to find a solution. Cant find a solution anywhere.

Install works flawlessly. But any keystrokes aren't working, stuff like single keys for tools or combos ("CTRL+S for saving), nothing registers. using ALT to navigate through menus works, but is obviously cumbersome. This was also the issue on some installations coming from master collections, and I cannot find any legit information on it elsewhere. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Neural filters do work.
Delete this folder.

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\23\Internal\com.adobe.nfp.gallery\PluginData​

Then run Photoshop as admin, and download the filters again.

Yes sir, installed, replaced .exe, then ran Adobe_202x_Home_Screen_FIX_v4.0.2.exe

Something else you could try, especially if you are seeing a "Photoshop not genuine" message, is this.

1. Open the services control panel and disable this service:
Adobe Genuine Monitor Service (AGMService)
2. In Windows Defender Firewall, block all outgoing connections for this app:
Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient\AdobeGCClient.exe

This has helped me on some Photoshop versions.

If that doesn't work then try a clean installation with a new Adobe account, like this

1. Uninstall Photoshop.
2. Use this tool to remove anything left over from the uninstall

You must be registered for see links

.
3. Make yourself a new account on the Adobe site.
Just make the account and log out.
DO NOT use this new account to install anything or to start any trials.
4. Read all of the description of this thread carefully, including the spoiler : READ PLEASE BY CHARLIE GRIMES.
5. Follow the instructions and install Photoshop again.
6. Do not forget to copy the "Photoshop.exe" file from the download to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2022".
7. Run Adobe_202x_Home_Screen_FIX_v4.0.2
8. Start Photoshop.
9. In Photoshop, open the Help menu and sign in using your new account.

Ignore any Adobe web pages that may open during the installation.

NEVER "Start trial" or "Buy now" or "Try" when trying to install any pre-activated Adobe app.
Doing this will almost certainly mess up pre-activation.
If you can see no other option then use Task Manger to end the Photoshop installation task.

If that does not fix your problem then I can't help you.

I was having the same issue with the "not geniune" pop-up, even after many fresh installs following the latest steps. The only thing that removed the notice for me was blocking communication to cc-api-data.adobe.io and ic.adobe.io. This might break neural filters or other things, but it seems to fix the activation issue.

Not sure if something has changed, but this version doesn't seem to install AGMService or AdobeGCClient at all...

This might break neural filters or other things, but it seems to fix the activation issue.

Not sure if something has changed, but this version doesn't seem to install AGMService or AdobeGCClient at all...
