It keeps giving me the "Adobe app with incorrect license" pop up despite patching all the files. I also tried full uninstalling it, used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and then reinstalled After Effects but that did not fix it.

I have yep, it runs as admin by default but I have manually ran it as admin too

The video preview is always black. Disabling hardware acceleration does not fix this and I haven't found a solution. Additionally, I have to use Task manager to close out of the app.
