Did you completely delete the old version before installing it?
What version of Windows did you install the program on? win 10 ro 11 X64 or x86

It wouldn't upgrade my 2024.001.20643 to your 002.20759, so I uninstalled and installed this version. About Acrobat shows 2021 version. So are the core files 002.20759 ?
