After you install... run the update file: AcrobatDCx64Upd2400120604. Then unpack the p.a.t.c.h file, the folders, in the release folder is the AdobeGenP, just run that, follow the directions on the screen and you should be good. This is how I installed the program.

So far, so good! Always update your hosts file and block the Adobe links and it will work properly.

i have blocked adobe sites in router setting (learned form earlier post), is it sufficient? i don't know about host file.

Look for adobe is dumb on google, you'll find a useful website which is continuously updated and edit your hosts file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc to make sure nothing gets out. And that's it.

i have tried to convert a (.jpg) and it crashes Adobe..... anyone else having this issue with this latest update... i may go back to the previous release until the P.a.t.c.h is updated...

EDIT:
Fixed it by copying AcrobatDCx64Upd2400120604.msi to Setup folder and editing setup.ini line with P.A.T.C.H to this > P.A.T.C.H=AcrobatDCx64Upd2400120604.msp (without dots of course)
