Hi i need a A.I software or tool that can translate Afrikaans PDF files to English PDF files or English PDF to Afrikaans PDF

foxit pdf editor has a built in ai translator but it is limited to x amount of translations per day and month and from what I can tell with adobe acrobat you would have to convert it to another format such as a microsoft word document then translate the text. However upon reading through adobe forums I seen someone mention qtranslate as a workaround for the adobe issue. you can find it here https://qtranslate.en.softonic.com/
