Locked Issues Downloading Torrents (Stalling)
So I'm a simple man I want to grab a torrent here and there and I seed afterwards but now when I tried to recently grab a new one it just shows stalling and nothing else, I tried a bunch of different ones to see if it was a single case but my guess here is when I switched ISPs my IP changed on...- TheCookie35Monster
