    I created this account when i has another ISP so my IP changed with my new ISP, the system block me from downloading torrents, i have static IP address right now , what can i do ? Do i have to delete my account and create another one ?

    How To Bypass Isp Throttling?

    Hi there Can anyone assist me in this problem that I'm having, my ISP has throttled me for the 5th time this year, as I download quite a bit, and now my speeds are soo slow I can't even watch a Youtube video in 720p, its 480p or bellow. Would really appreciate your help. Regards Biohazard
