How To Bypass Isp Throttling?

Hi there

Can anyone assist me in this problem that I'm having, my ISP has throttled me for the 5th time this year, as I download quite a bit, and now my speeds are soo slow I can't even watch a Youtube video in 720p, its 480p or bellow.

Would really appreciate your help.

I would love to do that, but unfortunately I live in South Africa, and the Internet services are limited here so I can't really change, as this current ISP is the best for download and upload speeds, but when it comes to there throttling it really sucks.

Other than changing DNS settings or using a VPN,nothing else can be done.

I never use a VPN. But:

Free & Public DNS Servers (Valid October 2017)
Provider Primary DNS Server Secondary DNS Server
Google3 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
DNS.WATCH4 84.200.69.80 84.200.70.40
Comodo Secure DNS 8.26.56.26 8.20.247.20
OpenDNS Home5 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220
