Hit & Run: The Really Simple Guide
To avoid Hit & Runs:
* Seed every torrent you have downloaded for at least 3 days ( 72 hours ).
* Make sure that your torrent client starts seeding automatically whenever your PC or laptop starts.
* If you have a good ratio and/or lots of seed bonus points then you can use "Zap" to remove a Hit & Run.
