I downloaded this build but was unable to install it on Lenovo x60 via USB. Can someone please guide me through.

Hello, how can I install this? I made a bootable usb with rufus as I always do but the old laptop I want to install this in doesn't seem to recognize it, and I know the laptop can boot from usb because it's running a W10 build from this site! The readme says it can run from the dvd/usb but can't find a normal setup option?
