Windows DesktopPack - a suite of software for Windows that is open source, or free for distribution and there are versions for both Windows and for Linux (the latter category does not necessarily open or free).

The product is designed for a wide range of users - from owners of home computers to corporate customers and government officials.
It includes programs for a wide range of tasks that are functional equivalents of expensive free software (such as MS Office, graphics and music editors, antivirus, archives, Internet browsers, layout and design, and others)

Try using a program that is presented in everyday life, at home, at work.

Hi! Sorry for the waiting! Little short on time these days. @Mirkec answered you... The installer interface is in Russian but you can change it to English easily enough. Yes, some programs have Russian interfaces, but the ones I've installed all have the English language also. Also when you get to the option to install you have a link to the program's homepage, so there should be no problems! Cheers!
