That PC is connected to the internet and not behind a VPN/proxy or other, right? If you are not connected, or are behind a VPN/proxy or other, activation will not work. You will see messages like this.
Try activation again and this time make sure you are connected and not behind anything. If it's still not working even after rebooting, then you can try a different Medicines from here....

I've tried many of @Mirkec 's builds. From experience I can say that he knows what he is doing, he only removes "safe" stuff and the builds are stable.

As for another Enterprise by Mirkec, do the search with filters - search: Enterprise, by: Mirkec. You'll get a lot of "Enterprise" software but also his builds.
Here's one I've tried:

hey, thanks! I tried checking his upload, I was just unsure if they have the same modification. Thanks for pointing this out.
Would be great if BigSur can be modified back to the more conventional Windows 10. I wasn't sure about it. LoL!
