In light editions some functions are unable to work because some contents are missing and that's why they are light and don't take much disk and memory space.
As for your request to the Author of this build to test something for your own needs i think is wrong.

I left windows search feature enabled, but hidden on the task bar, and disabled in services. I needed it cause i use search in windows explorer, and it doesn't work without it. Good Luck, and I will not test software for you

Thank you very much! I haven't found a 20H2 upload that suits my needs so I've been dabbling with Winreducer myself, but unsuccessfully. My images don't boot and I suspect that the reason lies in me using already modified images as a base, instead of original ones.
In any case, I suspect your release will fit my needs just fine. ?

One small problem though. There seems to be something wrong with the torrent. It's stuck at 99% availability, even though there's one seeder. I've been stuck at 959.29 out 960.29MB for a while now. The last MB is missing.

Yep, there's definitely something wrong with the Torrent. If you look at the stats it shows no one has completed it.

Hang in there for a while. The uploader is having some seeding problems. It is being worked on now.
