I've installed Windows 10 Pro version 20H2 (19042.330) amd64 on my Dell 3468. I'm not getting audio from laptop speakers, I'm getting audio from 3.5mm jack but it is very low. Also my headphone mic is not getting detected.
Driver Installed : Realtek High Definition Audio Driver (There is also no access to realtek audio manager) (Version 6.0.1.8622)

Solution tried:
  • Uninstall/Reinstall Drivers ( Every time I uninstall drivers and restart, driver gets automatically installed)
  • Downgrading driver version.

disconnect your laptop from internet
go to device manager them uninstall audio driver also put tick on "Delete the driver software for this device " if it appears Then go to official website of dell and download audio driver and install try different drivers from official website only.

I'm not good in hardware, but as long as I know you are using Insider Preview build, it means bugs are normal & for your knowledge latest Windows 10 are not compatible with every device/hardware. They are still under development.

I would suggest to stick with Win 10 - 1909 which is best all around.

I didn't know this is preview build. If none of the solution works. I'll clean install stable windows.

I tried clean install using media creation, and installed Windows 10 Pro Build 19041.264
Still same problem.
Sound Tray Stays same as shown below even I unplug or plug headphones.

This is devices shown in playback tab of sounds:

Any other solution?

Quit 20H2 and get 1909 or 20H1. Problem fixed and done. Stop messing with OS that hasn't been released yet. This will be closed soon.
