Locked Windows 10/11 please help.

I have acer aspire 3 a314 AMD ryzen 3, 8 gb ram, which has issue with window installation. Window install almost completed, the last part does not load. only Acer logo boot up and shutting donw, and rebooting to Acer logo. what is the issue?

I have tried both Windows 10 and 11. i have also tried to reinstall with new ISO file. Now it is rebooting with Acer logo all the time. PLease help urgent.

And I get this when I try to make fresh install:
windows could not complete the installation to install windows on this computer restart installation.

@harkamanshivakoti are you trying to install this with a usb or a dvd?? what software are you using to create your boo-table media??? have you try to flash the latest bios or re-flash the latest bios??? are you using a ssd or a regular hd??

Are you installing from a usb drive? You know. Burn iso to usb using Rufus and boot system from USB to install

I have installed MS os on many laptops and i do normally weekly. This is new laptop my friend shoped newly. rufus, Window 10/11 Gen2 and oter Windows os fra This site as well. SSD. Fresh install. USB

It could be that the HDD/SSD may be faulty right out of the box. Use Live Linux boot or third-party live Windows rescue disc boots and check the health of the HDD/SSD.

Since this is a new laptop, why do you want to reinstall the OS?

I always love to use lite or modfied OS.

The issue is sloved by installing original windows iso download from MS. Strange but true. Thanks alot for helping.

You can also install Windows XV from here (I can’t find the link now). Anyway, is really good (joking)! 😀

Possible TPM /Secure boot protection issues? Thanks for reporting back what solved it, we all benefit from solutions.
