Locked Why is it different in Control Panel?

I was looking thru BIOS at my settings and noticed this..?? Does anyone know why it is different? I thought they should say the same.

It's different because... of the word in the middle... "current"
Bus speed auto-adjust to your current power plan.
The value in system properties shows what the graphic card is currently using while the max link and the Nvidia control panel, show the highest possible speed.

Another case solved and so the thread will close.

P.S. I wonder, what else you are going to come up with. So far you have the most... "unique" questions by far
