Locked VM Horizon Client

I am running VM Ware Horizon Client for my work. It works fine on Windows 11 PRO OS..
I installed a 2nd copy of a newer version of Powerfull OS, and I tried a different lite version.
2 versions, when I load Horizon client and open anything Chrome etc, its very laggy pixeling. Wont scroll or load anything correctly?
I mirrored the settings on the OS that is working.
Any suggestions, tips of why it could be acting this way?

Have you tried to use the full version?
Where did you get the light one? (do you know if its working properly)

The full version of yours that I had installed for about 6 months it works fine.
The new version I tried to use vmware horizon on is your newest PowerfulOS 11.
The lite version that I also tried to use was FBConans exceptional 11 lite..
Neither 2 versions of windows were able to run run horizon correctly.

Check in services if Hyper-V is disabled and enable it.
Also try running a sfc/scannow command and check again.
