M8, i don't want to discuss this in public, but beside gmail there are other possibilities to handle your email business.

Again, i got the iso on my hard disk and i am happy to re seed this gem.
But till now i have no Uploader status tied to my user level.

On the the other hand i copied the iso to my µtorrent folder right click the file and choose [force start] but nothing happens.
Is there a quick how to for a noob like me ?

I don;t think you need upload privileges just to
provide a reseed. Just put the file in your download folder
come here and download, utorrent or whatever you use will
recheck the file, if it's all there it will begin to seed.
