The user has to be on the latest version in order to see the gold caller ID
Caching of the older information which updates by itself after a few days (this can be manually cleared in 'Phone settings > Apps > > Storage > Truecaller > Clear cache)

@juanamm , are you the responsable for this modded version ? If yes, can you disable the update prompt in a future version ?

The reason: some users, like me, do not like (or have time) to keep updating every software. And when it have a new version, each time I open the program, it show a window asking me to update.
