You have to search somewhere else for this request (site), we make custom OS here and not themes for windows.

Hi @bianona900 ,Google "How to make a custom Windows Theme". YT has numerous visual ways to do so. That will
give you a good start. From there you can pretty much design them without too much problem. Good Luck
