Nice software but unfortunately not working for me, throws up an error ‘failed to obtain the firmware download address, please check your internet connection and try again ‘ and the download botten , copy & select bottens are all grayed out , please what is the solution?

The only thing it can do for me is to put it in recovery mode and exit it , other functions not working for me please Don007 how do I solve it.

Those are related to the application issues and I think not from my side I don't own a iphone to do these ! The only thing I can help with is may be if a newer version of this software is available I can send u the link

Also u need to allow access for internet may be or some user said firewall etc.

I bought a Factory Unlocked phone, then went ahead to reset the phone. afterward, I got stuck at Activation.

even iTunes says “The iPhone could not be activated because the activation information could not be obtained from the device”

for when i installed it shows downloading apple driver and then it installs and again once reiboot opens it again download and install apple driver.
second issue- i tried using Medicines and pasted that code which showed me registration code exceed maximum number of computers..
