If you are using windows 10 (who knows!) then first adjust your date & time (set time & time zone to automatically & then synchronize you clock), after that search "wsreset" in your search bar, you should see a green logo or something and below that it says "run command". Click on it, give it some time to run the command. When it finishes, you MS store (you meant MS store right?) hopefully be recovered.
