Locked spotify playlist download

looking for ways to download entire playlists from my spotify account to my laptop/android.
don't have paid account.
"highest" quality mp3 preferable. any suggestions or hints?
I am using both modded android app and the windows app from this forum. none seem to have what I wish for.

You can use this program (Note Burner Spotify Music Converter) it works great its also available here on the site.
Its under the Multimedia / audio apps.

Also the best way to use this program is to open a playlist from spotify and click on the image icon of the playlist and drag it to the program it will automatically add the songs on that playlist a small downside is that it can only do one playlist at a time.
