I want to know that is there any way or setting that my windows disable to show data usage.

try this and let us know if it works...
open settings, select network & internet, select data usage, network & internet settings, click on enter limit, select limit time -> unlimited, click on save. the mentioned steps may deffer as per the os.
now press windows + r, type services.msc in run dialog, and hit enter to open it. find these 3 services "diagnostic policy service, diagnostic service host, diagnostic system host" & disable them, restart the pc. done.
