Locked Request for Microsoft DaRT Recovery Image Wizard

Hello all, does anyone have the Microsoft DaRT Recovery Image Wizard? It looks like this:

It is said that it is only available to the Microsoft Mvps, but i am not an mvp and i cannot find it anywhere.

I can only find isos on the internet archive of already built images of DART
If you have it there is a download link? Cheers!

It is for the business customers only but I managed to find one on the internet archive
