Locked Reanabling features like Microsoft store

I installed Simplify 10 (awesome build) a few years back and the Microsoft store was removed. Is there anyway that it can be added again without having to reinstall a different build?

In Simplify windows store is removed so probably you can install it again depending what exactly is removed but you can try to install it directly from Microsoft
