I had the same problem for Windows 10. That’s why I said in the post that I recommend Windows 7 over Windows 10 for this application. I haven’t figure out a solution yet, sorry

I have a weird solution:- Install Bluestacks4 and run in background it fixes crackling sounds instantly until it is running in background it worked for me hope it works for you tooo.....

That's strange lol I usually boot to Windows 7 (dual booting Win 7 and 10) if I want to use the thing so
