Locked [Question]I noticed some driver updates

I do not have a xeon processor. I have a Intel I7 3770 Non K (I know its old) Do you recommend updating them?

I could be wrong but the Labeling for the Driver is just a Generic Label inside the Devices inf file>> "XEON Processor E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core Processor DRAM Controller - 0150"

It says XEON or 3rd Gen Intel , your Intel 3770 would be 3rd GEN so the "generic" Driver which is Good for BOTH either Xeon OR Intel 3rd Gen is Precisely what you need.

My best guess would be windows update is Detecting Something connected to your computer without a Driver could be a AMD I/O Chip or could be Graphics Chip. Your best to install the updates because if it says you need it maybe you actually do need it usually it only offers driver if it detects one "missing" or a newer version of one that is already installed. Maybe it will Improve Something or Maybe will make no difference and if it makes a negative difference you can always uninstall better safe than sorry though.

That is correct, I run a Xeon platform and also an i5 3470,so the driver is correct.
