ORPALIS PDF Reducer is a super fast and powerful PDF compression Software for the general public and developers meant to help anyone to get existing PDF files reduced up to 80% more than concurrent products. To achieve that, ORPALIS PDF Reducer provides different innovative and highly sophisticated size-reducing techniques which can be optionally applied by user selection, without reducing the quality of PDF documents. PDF Reducer includes powerful, innovative, and advanced features developed by worldwide recognized experts in document imaging.

A useful array of settings that provide users with ways to change how the application processes PDFs and to control the size reduction process. The image quality can be improved, with preset DPI settings from Very High, to Low, or users can enter DPI numbers directly. The option to discard useless objects that are unused and just taking up space can also be enabled.

Additional removal options such as removing form fields, annotations, bookmarks, and embedded files are also readily available. I believe Adobe does have this feature built in. It's under Save As... You can save a document as a reduced size PDF or optimized PDF which includes reducing its size and optimizing for web viewing.
That said, I still use ORPALIS but have no idea why. 🤦‍♂️
