I've often had issues with NetLimiter. The VirusTotal seems to say this contacts multiple suspicious IPs. Care to defend that, OP? It might be good to address each one at a time. Some of those IPs have multiple reports. I'm not saying it's infected, I'm just saying I'm erring caution because hacked NetLimiter has always been one to mess my system up for no good reason.
