Locked Ms setting error

How to fix ms setting error display and personal etc. I watch in youtube and do as it says ti fix it but noting change everytime iclick the display the error pops up. Thanks

Hardware you are using (Graphics card, CPU, etc)

I see you joined today which makes me think you got windows from somewhere else but came here for support.

If its a branded computer (hp, dell, lenovo, nvidia, amd...) go to the official support page and look for the correct drivers and also if there is a faq/kb/manual or forum.
But I guess you already tried that...
