I didn't found lserv.lic. where is it ?

Hello!! after doing all the steps except to run WlmAdmin.exe because I do not know how it is done.
When opening Top solid I get this error.
Impossible to locate protection key

What I can do?

I have access to the full installer files for Topsolid 7.12, but no "lservrc.lic" for that version.

Is there any chance you could help out with that? Thank you!
