Microsoft Office Installer w/o burning to usb or online installation?

I'm curious if there is a Microsoft Office installation that does not require burning a ISO to USB or having to use an online installer?

My sister is looking for a copy of Office, but she's not tech savvy. I was hoping there was a one with a "normal" installer then just run a Medicines, or a repack version, etc...

I've looked through a ton but haven't been able to find one though.

Just extract the iso in a folder and run the setup.exe

I found one by Mr. spacely... it shows that it's preactivated.
