Make Laptop The Usb Boot

so i have just tried to buy usbs with 16gb but they dont work that well so im asking is if i can make my laptop as a boot so i want to install windows on my "pc" and i have no usbs or cds and i want to boot my pc of my laptop. like what im thinking is to download the ios on laptop and then make my laptop the ios boot and then start my pc and connect my laptop to pc and then have my laptop be on the boot location on my pc so if i select it it boots to windows. is that possble??

i don't think it is posseble ... because you don't have a USB or DVD drive ...

Why did you buy USB sticks if you don't have USB ports?

I'm thinking that he meant to say that he has no more USB sticks or RW cd's/dvd's. I'm curious as to how he burnt the ISO's to the USB sticks? Did he use RUFUS or just copy the ISO to the USB? Too many unanswered questions here.

I really don't get the point you trying to reach but you don't need the usb to boot!
You can use

to creat a virtual disk and trick ur pc thinking it's a bootable usb,dvd and ur problem is solved!

Anyways... from what I CAN understand, you bought 16gig USB drives, but they don't work, correct?
You don't have any cd's or DVD's, correct?

The rest of it makes no sense... so please clarify!!

Your laptop is not a drive to boot your PC..
