Imo, you should uninstall previous first, and install new.

Make sure that your system meets ALL the hardware and operating system requirements for this app.
Look at the requirements at the beginning of this thread and at the requirements on the manufacturer's site.

okay then, i just uninstalled all microsoft visual c ++, that's all.
