They have a website but I can not link it just yet.

Anyhow, if anyone has this I would appreciate it.
I tried search here but it only gave books on the subject.

The link did not help no.
It wanted me to install a bunch of things.
Every time I clicked it it wanted me to download yet another different file.
So it was of no help at all sorry.
You got spoofed I think.

Sorry about that I is it downloaded in an name called com.everycircuit.free-2.23.apk.zip

He definitely isn't asking for that. Why would he? That limited free version is on Play Store already. Pro Tip: For virus, malware and other bs free vanilla (means non-modded or unmodified or stock) APK files, ALWAYS USE APKMIRROR [dot] com. No need to to use anything else! You could have easily linked to apkmirror if it's not modded. Stay away from those ad riddles fishy sites.

I wanted to use it but it wanted to have the right to read my SD card and delete files etc so I never installed it.
