while restarting system
you are a fool error message pops up

it is a virus
help steps to remove it
i am using win 7 ultimate
but avast premium is updated and it does not show any virus

What are you installing to get that message.. You state your using window7 ultimate right now but what are you installing???

Well where did your antivirus get installed as your installing a fresh Win 7 Ultimate and antivirus wouldnt be installed yet..

Also as I mentioned in chat, try this too... just google "microsoft @Virus = HR" and the first link has instructions in the post without installing anything, just make sure you follow them exactly.

I agree with @The Rain , I would suggest Malwarebytes Premium and Adware Online scanner.. also it looks like you using Chrome with several extensions.. deteted all history etc.. and reset Chrome in settings.. Eset has a great online scaner too that portable i believe

While you fooling with all of those you could probably do a full formatt and then a complete install again.. No Upgrade.. LOL
