Can the "last seen" be customized?

A colleague who made a request caught my attention, I answered it and then I wanted to see if he was connected and I saw that his "last seen" was from last year.

From there the only thing I have been able to achieve is to hide my last connection.
The specific question is: Can you show any date, that is, an unreal date like the one I shared earlier? If so, how is it done?

I clarify that I do NOT intend to do it, just to know if it is a system error or a normal configuration.

Must be server error. Been glitching since the migration last. Soon will be migrating again. Hopefully to better place.

Unfortunately, i never turn off my paranoia settings, so i didn't experience it.
Since we all could see Jay's last activities, possibly a bug towards privacy settings.
Wait for official statement from staff.
