Locked i\o error with qbittorent

Howdy. I just got an i\o error with qbittorent. I'm 99.9% done and infinite time to completion. I'm d\l this for a few reasons. I messed up the original dl, nubie mistakes. I want the d\l and I need to seed it to clear a hit and run. Also I've been charged for the d\l. Any help would be appreciated.

IF you have an original torrent file then just reinstall qbit, load torrent and point to save location of files that should help.
