Locked I cannot download torrents

If there is someone who can tell me why cannot download torrents (only) from teamos, please help me! I do not use vpn and on utorrent dht, local peer discovery and peer exchange are working. I can also see 27 people seeding and that's all. Thank you in advance!

When you see that Icon,

it means either your modem/router (port forwarding) or your firewall (hardware or software) blocks Utorrent from connecting to other peers. Your connection to Team Os is good cause on the trackers' list in Utorrent, you can see how many seeds, peers, and downloads that torrent had (last line)

Sadly I can't help more as we don't know your modem and/or your firewall but you can find several guides on the net on how to either open ports or set a firewall exception, or both. Keep in mind every modem (and even versions of the same modem) are different and you probably have to manually search for it or read the manual.

Long story short, the port you use on Utorrent has to be the same as the port on your modem, or enable Upnp so they can negotiate ports themselves.

The problem is only with the torrents from teamos (regardless the yellow warning sign from bottom right). Before I started this thread I did a test with other torrent and a magnet file and went fine with those. I have also stopped the firewall and no luck at all. The address seen under the peer exchange is only on ”updating...” status (if that's what you asked me).

DHT must be disabled.

Try disabled DHT first...

UT has an issue with DHT and AV, most blocks. QBT works fine, and even Libre Torrent. Glad your issue was resolved.

Here is a TeamOS torrent running in uTorrent. I just downloaded it.

DHT, Peer exchange and Local Peer discovery are all enabled in my uTorrent settings.
See how DHT, Peer exchange and Local Peer discovery are all "not allowed" in the image.
That is because those three things are disabled by the TeamOS .torrent file.

Look at your image and you see those 3 things are working. That should not be.
Are you really showing us a genuine TeamOS torrent?
Is your version of uTorrent genuine?
