We need more information. Please answer all these questions. Give as much detail as you can.
- Does your client indicate that it is connected to our tracker? (refer to the images below)
- When did this problem start?
- Do you have a problem with all TeamOS torrents, or just with some of them?
- Do you have the same problem with torrents from other sites?
- What torrent client are you using?
- Are you using a web client?
- Are you trying to download using a phone?
- Have you tried any other clients? Which did you try?
- Are you trying to download or upload from more than one location.
- Are you trying to download or upload using more than one internet connection.
- How do you connect to the internet? (home router, seedbox, phone etc)
- Does your torrent client connect through a VPN, proxy or TOR? ( Warp is a VPN )
- Are you operating your client on any sort of server or datacenter?
- Are you using a seedbox?
- Have you seen any error messages. If so, EXACTLY what do they say. Provide screen captures if you can.
- What have you tried to fix the problem?
