Locked Help My page reads : active Hit & Runs

Hi ,
When I logged in I found my page reading so ,
I have 13 active hit and runs.
Couldnt figure out why it says so .
I think and remember what ever I downloaded I kept it being seeded until i was availabe or when ever or until i had the download files with me.

How to solve it let me know .

You need to seed these for at least 72 hrs to fix. That's all. >>
