I would like to share my experiences and thoughts concerning the installation process and use of many of the files that I have downloaded.
I will be using three criteria to rate my experiences.

1. Clear Instructions? 2. Ease of Install? 3. Works as Expected?

1. Clear instructions
No written instructions included with the download. But, instructions are stated clearly on the download page.

2. Ease of install
There are two files included in the install folder.
1. flstudio_win_20.6.1.1513.exe
2. fl_p**ch_installer_20_6_1_1513.exe
Ran both files in the order directed by @DjNaToTheS in the description without any problems.
The total install took 2:54.31

3. Works as expected?
Opens quickly and without issue.
Worked perfectly.
I played the track that came preloaded and used a few of the controls. I had no issues.
I also loaded a basic project from template: (Minimal empty with four sends). I added some drum loops and a few instruments everything was working and had no problems.

I checked the license. The software says that FL Studio is unlocked and registered to: with email and password section blank.

I give this an overall 5 out of 5 Brain rating. I believe no improvements are necessary. The software was wonderful and worked perfectly.
This is just my personal opinions and experiences and is in no way a judgement of the uploader. The file uploaders spend their time and effort providing us with so many great uploads. Their efforts should be applauded.
